PumpOne Image Trainers can be downloaded to most any handheld device that supports a color image including the iPhone, all color screen iPods including the iPod nano, Treo, Blackberry, Zune, PSP and many more. They can also be viewed on a computer or printed out.PumpOne Video Trainers will work with the above devices that support video playback.For example, the 2005 iPod mini is not compataible as it has a black & white screen and does not support images or videos.PumpOne Mobile Trainers can be viewed on any WAP enabled cell phone, meaning any phone that has internet capabilities.

It is designed to build a foundation of strength, improve cardiovascular efficiency and endurance along with increased flexibility. PumpedForLife should be performed 6 days a week using a different workout on each day along with one day of rest.

Strength - Weight Training
This total body workout contains three workouts, each with 10 weight training exercises. Performed 3 times a week as part of PumpedForLife, you should experience an increase in strength, along with changes in muscle density and size.

Cardio Intervals - Weight Loss and Cardiovascular Training

This cardiovascular interval program is designed to add to your overall cardiovascular conditioning program. Performed 1 time a week as part of PumpedForLife, you should experience changes in your body composition along with a noticeable increase in endurance.

Hatha Yoga - Flexibility

These hatha yoga poses are a basic introduction to yoga. The poses are arranged in a special order so they will flow naturally, allowing you to focus on form. Performed 1 time a week as part of PumpedForLife, you should experience increased awareness, stillness of mind, and develop a strong, agile body.Cardio

Cross-Training - Weight Loss and Endurance
This cardio cross-trainer implements different modes of cardio equipment along with strength training exercises to provide you with a new method for maintaining a high level of overall fitness. Performed 1 time a week as part of PumpedForLife, you should experience changes in body composition along with increases in endurance and strength.
