This policy was updated on July 1, 2015.[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”Consumer Warranty Policy”][vc_column_text]Your product satisfaction is important to PICA Australia, so we’ve developed a Consumer Warranty Policy that covers how we handle warranty for end users. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our warranty practices and let us know if you have any questions.

What We Offer
Where we give you a limited warranty, this is our promise to repair or replace products if they are faulty and faults or defects have not arisen from misuse or normal wear and tear. Any modifications to products will void the warranty. Items not covered by warranty are components expected to be replaced regularly, without limitation, including: batteries, screen guards, cleaning cloths, etc. The warrantor has the right to request the return of the product at your expense. The warranty does not cover any consequential loss or damage.
Our limited warranty and its benefits are in addition to any legal rights you may have (such as a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law).

Australian Consumer Guarantee
If you are a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under that law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. You may not be able to claim some or all of your costs and in these cases you are responsible for these. Unless otherwise specified warranty is limited to twelve (12) months from date of purchase.

How do I make a Warranty Claim?
If you have a faulty product and it is covered by a limited warranty, please email Returns@pica.com.au and you will receive a reply to your email with 2 business days. In order to make a claim under limited warranty, you will need to present the product and original Tax Invoice as supplied by PICA Australia.

Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
